TAI CHI (taijiquan) trains our mind and body to move through all life situations with joy and grace as we gain skill in dissolving tension.
We also gain physical and emotional balance, increased circulation and agility, and more efficient calcium absorbion for stronger bones.
On a metaphysical level, we develop our sense of harmony with nature and the understanding of the healing power of the universal "qi" field.

Since l973 Kat Kroll has practiced Tai Chi (taijiquan) and Qi-gong. Her current teaching is based on "Chen style", which emphasizes
"spiral power" as a means of increasing "qi" and blood circulation. For the past seventeen years she has studied Chen style 24, 48,
spiral power exercises, qi-gong and sword form with Master Zhang Xue Xin. Previously she had studied Nanking-Integrated form with
Joe Deisher and Master Chang I-Chung, as well as Wild Goose Qi-Gong with Paul Li.

She has taught hundreds of students the rejuvenating, stress reducing pleasure of finding their natural grace of movement.
